Description: Financial Fit Pathways is an interactive, virtual course from Pathways Planning & Insights, a national nonprofit led by college affordability expert Dr. Mark Salisbury. We help families make informed decisions about education after high school by combining financial literacy, postsecondary planning, and real-world guidance about how the college pricing and financial aid systems actually work.  

Presenter Information: Mark Salisbury has spent over three decades helping the public pull back the curtain on college pricing and how the financial aid system actual works. His expertise and insights are regularly sought after by national media outlets, including the New York Times, Bloomberg, and The Chronicle of Higher Education. He has been feature by TED, NPR, and numerous podcasts. In 2018, Mark founded TuitionFit, a project focused on empowering the public to create college price transparency through crowdsourcing, and in 2022 he launched Pathways Planning & Insights, a non-profit that educates low and moderate income families on all the ways to find a postsecondary educational path that won't compromise a student's financial future. His courses have been made available in over 20 different languages.

Additional Information: Pre-registration is required and will be open through the end of the day on September 21. The event is limited to the first 95 registrants. A Zoom meeting link will be emailed out to all registrants the day before the workshop.
