2025 OSCC Ambassador Interest

Interested in volunteering at the 2025 Ohio School Counselor Conference? Then sign up to be an OSCC Ambassador. This year, the Ambassador program is open to any OSCA member, not just student members.

As an Ambassador, you will donate 3-4 hours of your time on either Thursday or Friday assisting with the conference and in exchange, you will be provided a discounted regular conference registration rate of only $50 (Thursday/Friday - Note that Wednesday pre-conference sessions still have an additional cost). The following opportunities include:

• Registration Team: Assist with checking in attendees and passing out name badges/materials.
• Badge Scanning: Assist with scanning in attendees to sessions.

To be considered for the Ambassador program, please complete this registration by the end of the day on August 31, 2025. Consideration will be made on a first come basis and will be limited to the number of Ambassadors needed. Please note that completing the registration does not guarentee your selection as an Ambassador. Those selected as Ambassadors will be notified after August 31 and will be able to register for the conference at the reduced rate. If you are submitting for consideration to the Ambassador program, you are encourage to not register for the conference until after receiving notification. Those not selected will also be notified after August 31 but may have future opportunities for selection in the event that someone is no longer available.
