OSCA Leadership Development Institute

This year we will be at Salt Fork Lodge for LDI. The room rates are slightly different this year. Here is what you need to know:

OSCA will pay 100% of your lodge room cost for two nights if you share with another board member. If you chose to room solo in the lodge, OSCA will cover $55/night (you will pay $55/night). Additionally, if you chose to stay in a cabin with another board member, OSCA will cover $110/night, and the board members will have to cover the additional $80/night. If you chose to stay solo in a cabin, OSCA will only cover $55/night toward the $180 rate.

So here is the breakdown:

Lodge room
With another board member = OSCA pays 100%
Solo = you pay $55/night

Cabin
With another board member = OSCA pays $110/night, and the board members cover the additional $80/night
Solo = OSCA pays $55/night, and you pay the additional $125/night

July 14 1p - 6:30p: Meeting

July 14 7:00p: Dinner

July 15 8a - 9a: Breakfast

July 15 9a - 6p: Meeting including a working lunch

July 15 7:00p: Dinner

All times are subject to change. We have not finalized the agenda, but the times above give you an idea of when we will be meeting. As soon as we finalize the agenda, you will be notified.

Meals are provided for all board members. Guests are required to pay for their own meals. If you have guests who will be dining with us, please contact Alison Hooper to confirm a meal count and cost for each guest.
